Under 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 : $90 per person, Includes Socks, Shorts, Mouth Guard & Photo

Under 11, 12, 13, 14.5:  $105 per person, Includes Socks, Shorts, Mouth Guard, Photo

Under 16, 18: $150 per person, Includes Socks, Shorts, Mouth Guard, Photo, Dress Shirt, Tie  

All players in the Under 16 & 18 grades are required to wear a Dress shirt and tie after each game. 

The following fee is for players from last season who still have their dress shirt and tie.
