Our Division 1 programme is guided by an experienced and committed management group who bring leadership, technical expertise, and a deep passion for Southbridge Rugby.

Mike Rowe — Head Coach

Providing overall leadership, strategy, and direction for the Div 1 squad, Mike oversees player development, game planning, and performance standards.

Tom Kearney — Forwards Coach

Tom leads the forwards unit with a focus on set‑piece strength, physicality, and technical excellence across the pack.

Doug Maginness — Backs Coach

Doug drives backline structure, creativity, and execution, ensuring our backs play with confidence, clarity, and precision.

Chris McMillan — Manager

Chris manages team operations, communication, and logistics, keeping everything running smoothly on and off the field.
